The goal is to pop each of these weak points. After a moment, its health bar will disappear again and you'll need to repeat the process. Use this short window to fire your guns at the weak points on each of its legs - indicated by a bulbous pink growth. This will hurt Porky Puff slightly and reveal his health bar for a moment. It will also detach if it gets hit by a wave nearby and you can try and bait Porky Puff towards the bomb before detonating it. While this maneuver is dangerous, it ensures the bomb detaches near Porky Puff.
The bomb will automatically detach, and you can press the trigger button to detonate it remotely. Then, drive near the Porky Puff and wait for it to jump in the air before driving the ship underneath it. If they do strike you, though, they deal minimal damage to your ship's health.ĭrive up to one of the floating mines and attach it to your Googlide by pressing the indicated button. Using the Googlide, these waves should be easy to avoid - especially if you hit the boost. Observing the arena, there are a number of floating mines that you'll need to use in some way.ĭuring this initial phase Porky Puff will stomp around, causing small tidal waves to form. After leaping down from the tree root, the boss fight against Porky Puff will begin and you'll notice it doesn't have a health bar yet.
